Collin Denhard is a Development Associate for Southbound Development, working with CEO Mike Birnbrey. Collin, an Atlanta native, brings with him several years of real estate experience from both commercial and residential.
Collin graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in Public Relations and Leadership. He always knew real estate was his passion and upon graduating he began his career as a Commercial Real Estate Advisor with a local firm and worked on numerous projects from leasing to investment sales across various product types. He also spent time in the residential market helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate dreams. Following his time in the residential market, Collin ventured back into the commercial side of real estate where he has spent the last number of years. In 2018, Collin joined S.J. Collins Enterprises, a premier developer of mixed use and grocery anchored centers throughout the Southeastern United States. Collin was responsible for the shop space leasing among a vast portfolio of developments while cultivating and maintaining broker and tenant relations through the Southeast, Mid Atlantic and Florida regions.
At Southbound Development, Collin is responsible for qualifying sites for single and multi-tenant developments, advising clients on trade areas, market trends and economics. Additionally, Collin is hands on negotiation process for lease and purchase agreements for existing and new developments.
Collins hobbies include playing golf, fishing, cooking on the Big Green Egg, traveling and spending time with his family. He currently resides in Kennesaw with his wife Casey and their dog Riley.
